The project involves the purchase of the land having an area of 1,709.1 square meters, more or less, with two buildings erected on it (which will be destroyed) bearing the addresses 19 to 27 and 31 boulevard Seigneurial Est, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, on which will be built a rental building of 31 units with underground garage.
